What we cover

Every kind
of festival

Whatever the crowd is there for, we've shot it before. Music, food, culture, sport or a brand activation: the brief changes, but the discipline stays the same: know the run-of-show, cover the moments that won't happen twice, and hand over a set that works for socials, press and sponsors alike.

Chapter 01

Music & culture

Concerts, showcases, arts and cultural festivals: performance energy on stage, atmosphere off it.

Chapter 02

Food, drink & sport

Tastings, food markets, drink festivals and sports events: the detail shots that sell an experience.

Chapter 03

Corporate & brand

Brand activations, product launches and corporate festivals: coverage built for a sponsor recap.

A festival day, covered

Every moment
that counts

We plan the day around your run-of-show, so we are in the right place before things happen.

Load-in

Before doors

We walk the site, check the light and agree positions with your team.

Doors open

First crowd

Arrivals, queues and the first atmosphere shots of the day.

Headliner

On stage

Performance coverage from the pit, the sides and the back.

Crowd peak

The big moment

Wide shots, details and the sponsor moments you need on the recap.

Closing

Last light

The final set, the farewells and the footage that closes the film.

Aftermovie

The recap film

Cut fast, delivered while the festival is still trending.

Before the event

What we need
from you

The planning happens before load-in. With these six things, the only job left on the day is covering your festival.

01

Dates and venue

The festival days, the site and how many stages or areas there are.

02

Run-of-show

Stage times, headliners and key moments, so we plan positions and light.

03

Access and accreditation

Passes for the team, including backstage and photo pits when they apply.

04

Sponsor and VIP list

The brands, guests and activations that need to be on the recap.

05

Deadlines and channels

Where and when the content goes live: social, press, sponsor deck.

06

A contact on site

One person we can reach during the event for last-minute changes.

How it works

From brief
to recap

Three steps, same as any live event. Nothing is improvised on the day.

01

Plan

Tell us the festival, the dates and what you need covered. We size the team and confirm a run-of-show together.

02

Cover

Our team is on site for the full day, or the full run: stage, crowd, backstage, sponsors, whatever the brief calls for.

03

Deliver

Edited photos and the recap film land in your inbox within 48 to 72 hours, ready to post and to send to sponsors.

Before you ask

Festival coverage,
answered

How big a team will you send?

It depends on the site. One photographer for a small showcase, a full team of photographers and videographers for a multi-stage, multi-day festival. We confirm the team in your quote.

Can you cover several stages at once?

Yes. With a multi-shooter team we cover stages in parallel, plus crowd, backstage and sponsor areas, so you do not have to coordinate anything on the day.

How fast will we get the photos and the film?

Edited photos within 48 to 72 hours, vertical cuts for social media the next morning, and the recap film within the week.

Do you need accreditation or special access?

We work with your accreditation process. Send us the access rules and the passes we need, including backstage and photo pits, before the event.

Can sponsors and the press use the photos?

Yes. We deliver a clean, licensed photo set made to go straight into a sponsor deck or a press release. Tell us the intended use and we confirm it in the quote.
